The Whole Hog

The Whole Hog

The Whole Hog was started by Kathleen Haggerty who moved from Seattle back to Buffalo and decided the market was right to open a food truck. She has some ambitious goals for the truck (employing inner city kids, using local agriculture) and was serving late night Allentown crowds through 2011 next to Holley Farms. After the summer of 2012, Kathleen took the truck off the streets for Buffalo’s winter and her nephew Brenden took over the truck in July 2013 after working as the Executive Chef at Tabree for 3 years. The Whole Hog is one of the few trucks that offers late night food on a consistent basis.
