Owner Jay Langfelder is an obsessive pizza fanatic and we are all lucky for it. On his food truck, he’s cooking pizzas in his authentic wood fire oven that can reach up to 1,000 degrees. It means a pizza only needs two minutes to cook and leaves a slight char on the exterior while keeping the delicious chewy crust. After only being on the streets for a couple months, he’s already making some of the best pizza in town. He is planning on opening his own brick n mortar restaurant in Kenmore in the summer of 2017 called Jay’s Artisan Pizzeria.
