On Tuesday, November 12th, Shango Bistro & Wine Bar will be offering a three course vegan dinner. A majority of the vegetables for the meal will be sourced from the fantastic Oles Family Farm in Alden. The event is in collaboration with Buffalo Vegetarian Society and Yelp Buffalo and will only cost $25 to attend. Check out the event page on Yelp for instructions on how to secure your spot. Cornbread Panzanella with shaved brussel sprouts and roasted autumn vegetables. Served with a caramelized apple viniagrette and toasted pepitas
“Risotto” of squash, potato, and farro served with a mushroom ragout finished with a port wine reduction and crispy leeks
Chocolate mousse served with cinnamon sugar pumpkin spiced doughnuts
